How Often Should You Get Botox, Filler, and Microneedling?

Consistency is key when it comes to maintaining your results. But how often should you really be booking your treatments?
Here’s a quick guide:
Botox: Every 3–4 months to keep muscles relaxed and lines from returning.
Dermal Filler: Every 9–18 months depending on the product and treatment area. Some treatment areas can go much longer than 18 months. I really try to not have a schedule for dermal filler but instead keep on eye out for needs during yearly treatment plan updates.
Microneedling: Every 4–6 weeks for a series of 3–4 sessions, then every 3–6 months for maintenance.
Regular visits not only keep your results looking natural but can also help prevent deeper lines and volume loss over time. Pairing treatments with medical-grade skincare ensures longer-lasting benefits.
Your injector will personalize your schedule based on your skin type, goals, and lifestyle.
